90-minute live group coaching call each month
A focused, steady space to reflect and integrate each month.
Each session will follow a monthly theme inspired by The 8 Minute Method—while also responding to the unique energy of the group, ensuring you get exactly what you need.

30-minute 1:1 call with Kate each month
A deeply personal Zoom or phone session to reconnect with your centre, untangle what’s rising, and receive intuitive reflection and support.

A private WhatsApp group for your circle

Real connection. Gentle prompts. Celebration. Daily voice notes. This is your sacred check-in space, not a noisy chat thread.
