I work privately with a small number of women at a time, offering steady support through moments of transition, uncertainty, and change — without pressure to fix, force, or figure everything out at once.

Whether you’re questioning work, relationships, lifestyle, or simply feeling the pull toward something more honest, this work helps you soften the noise and reconnect with the inner voice that’s already guiding you.

Working together is simple, personal, and led by where you are — not by a formula.

This isn’t a programme or a process to move through. Each mentoring relationship is shaped around your life, your pace, and what’s unfolding for you right now.

We begin by slowing things down. Creating space to understand where you are, what feels unsettled, and what’s quietly asking for attention. From there, our conversations unfold naturally — guided by reflection, intuition, and what feels most supportive in the moment.

How we work together depends on the level of support you’re looking for.

Private Mentorship

12 × 75-minute sessions

Ongoing, one-to-one support over a longer season of change. This option offers steadiness, continuity, and space to explore what’s shifting — without rush or pressure to have it all figured out.

Guided Support

6 × 75-minute sessions

A shorter commitment for women who want consistency and direction while moving at an intentional pace. Ideal if you’re navigating a specific transition or need space to reconnect with yourself over time.

One-to-One Session

75 minutes

A single, focused session to pause, reflect, and gain clarity. Helpful when something feels uncertain and you want a calm, grounded space to listen inward.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER.

Our work together is private, steady, and shaped around what you need — not a fixed approach or framework.

At the centre of this work is conversation, reflection, and intuition. I draw on my experience of health, longevity, lifestyle, and spiritual practices where they’re helpful, but always in service of supporting you to listen to yourself more clearly.

There’s no strategy to follow or version of you to become. The work unfolds through honest dialogue, gentle inquiry, and space to notice what’s already present.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom.


In-person work is available by arrangement for those who feel more supported meeting face to face.

If travel is involved, this is discussed and agreed together in advance.

This option offers continuity and direction while allowing space to move at your own pace. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been holding you in place and begin to create clarity around what comes next.
