About Kate Drummond

A quieter way of living — and the work that grew from it.

Author of The 8-Minute Method · out 24 October 2026

MY STORY

I’m not here to perform or pretend.

I’ve built this space for women who have lived — through responsibility, loss, motherhood, shifting identities — and who are quietly ready to trust themselves again.

Midlife hasn’t felt like an ending to me.

It’s felt like a turning inward.

Over time, I began choosing a simpler, more intentional way of living — one that supports clarity, steadiness, and a calmer nervous system. For me, that’s included living plant-based and alcohol-free, not as rules or ideals, but as personal choices that help me feel well.

There is no single right way to live.

What matters is learning to listen to yourself.

A RETURN TO MYSELF

In my late thirties, everything began to shift.

Perimenopause arrived early. Life felt stretched. I was blending two families and carrying more than I could name. Something had to change.

So I slowed down.

I simplified my habits, my diet, and the way I spoke to myself. I let go of alcohol. I began paying closer attention to what my body and inner signals were asking for.

What emerged wasn’t a new version of me.

It was a return to who I already was.

That return continues to shape how I live — and how I work.

HOW I WORK

I don’t work from a formula.

Today, I offer private work for women navigating midlife. A steady space to pause, reflect, and move through change without pressure to fix or reinvent yourself.

I listen. I reflect. I walk alongside.

This work is about reconnection rather than reinvention — remembering who you are beneath the noise, expectations, and roles you’ve outgrown.

You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need to start over.

You need space to return to yourself — and the steadiness to trust what you already know.

This is where well-th begins.

THE LIFE BEHIND THE WORK

Lived, not learned

Eight markers that shape how I work — not credentials in the conventional sense.
Just the lived ground the work has grown from.

· Plant-based

· Alcohol-free since 2017

· Mother to four/Blended family

· Reiki Master

· Living with ME/CFS since my twenties

· Fibromyalgia post-menopause

· Twenty-five years in banking and

consultancy before this work found me

WHAT'S COMING NEXT

This work is moving

Four pieces in motion right now — each one a doorway into what The Purposeful Life is becoming.

July 2026 · Festival of Sport

I speak at the Festival of Sport — the first public conversation about the 8-Minute
Method and the small, repeatable shifts that actually change a life.

October 2026 · The Book

The 8-Minute Method — three years in the making — arrives in the world on
Saturday 24 October. The fuller form of everything I have been teaching privately
for nearly a decade.

October 2026 · The First Circle

The Invitation — a sacred circle of eight women — opens its first cohort the same
month. Three more circles will follow as the work grows.

Through 2027 · Retreats and Collaborations

Small-group retreats and selective brand collaborations — calm, intentional
gatherings rooted in the same quiet practice.

None of it loud. All of it on purpose.

I write letters on Substack - quiet long-form pieces on midlife, intuition, and the work of returning to yourself.
